BRIDAL ESTATE OUTSIDE

THE BRIDAL ESTATE

The Bridal Estate makes the perfect space to get ready for your big day with all of your favorite girls! Our 3 story estate includes overnight accommodations for 14-16 people–ample space for getting ready, and hosting a welcome party or rehearsal dinner. The Bridal Estate features a luxury walk in shower, 3.5 bathrooms, a spacious downstairs with a bar space; perfect for morning mimosas on your wedding day, a massage room, a pool and hot tub, and an outdoor bar space. It is the ultimate space for relaxation as well as entertainment; all exclusive to you during your stay.

THE REVERE VILLA

The Revere Villa is the perfect suite to accommodate a set of parents or loved ones who want to have their own space. The Villa sleeps 2-4 people equipped with a full bathroom, full kitchen, and living space. The villa has the best sunset view on the property.

THE GROOMS LODGE

We can’t forget the guys! f you are looking for the ultimate space for entertainment, you have found it! Our grooms lodge is the largest in the Southeast; sleeping up to 15-18 people. The Grooms Lodge features a poker table, shuffleboard, pool table, ping pong, darts, foosball, 12 HD TVs, a luxury golf simulator, 3 bathrooms, a bar ,full kitchen space, and a hot tub. The Grooms Lodge is the ultimate party house!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The Revere requires all weddings to have a planner for 6 or 12 months. We offer an experienced in- house planner that you can choose to use if you please. If not, you may choose an outside planner.

All outside vendors must be professional. You may bring in your own vendors as long as they are licensed and insured. However, you must use one of the Revere’s catering partners.

A deposit and signed contract are required in order to secure your date.

Due to sound ordinances, the venue space closure time is at 11:00 pm.

While the venue space does close at 11:00 pm, the 30 acre estate is exclusively yours for the duration of your rental!
